Frac Tanks (Trailer or Non-Wheel design)
While we don't stock frac tanks or normally manufacture them on a regular basis, we will always provide a quote for an order of significant volume.
Typically, frac tanks are 500 bbls/(21,000) gal units built with 1/4" floors, sides and ends. Roofs are usually 3/16".
Internal linings can be applied according to customer specifications.
Stairs can added as either be a front or side design.
Wheels are built in; the axel and suspension can be specified by the customer.
We have a full contingent of technical staff to design and draw a frac tank to meet your specific needs.
What are Frac Tanks?
A frac tank is used to hold a proppant or water when a natural gas or oil well is being hydraulically fractured. In the fracturing process, a water/proppant fluid is pumped into the wellbore at high pressure in order to push open the rock formation. The proppant (such as sand) is used to keep the formation open so that the oil or gas can be removed.
Dual Containment Invert Tanks
While we don't stock invert tanks or normally manufacture them on a regular basis, we will always provide a quote for an order of significant volume.
We can manufacture invert tanks up to 600 bbl. They are double wall containment systems which means no liners, berms or mats are required.
We can install overfill protection and supply gauges for remote access.
We can design a manifold that will provide superior circulation of fluids.
Invert tanks are multi use units that can be easily used for frac jobs and diesel storage.
